The tour begins in Leysin, above the wine-growing village of Aigle. The ascent takes you over alpine meadows and below the rock face of the Tour de Famelon. For a short while, you will be in the Pays d’Enhaut nature reserve. Your destination is the pretty village of Les Diablerets, at the foot of the rocky massif of the same name.
